Who we are

What we collect
When you book a rental, we collect what you type into the booking form: your name, phone number, email, event address, town, event date, the rental you chose, setup surface, and any notes. We also record the date and time you agreed to our Rental Terms.
We only ask for what we need to deliver and set up your rental. We don't ask for payment card numbers, birthdays, or account passwords on this website, and you don't need an account to book.
Like almost every website, the companies that host our site and database may keep short-term technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep their services secure and working.
How we use it
- To confirm, deliver, set up, and pick up your rental.
- To contact you about your booking by phone, text, or email, including a "booking received" email and a "confirmed" email.
- To keep basic business records of our rentals.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
- We don't use it for advertising, and we don't send marketing emails or texts.
- We don't use analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising cookies on this website.
Who can see it
Only the Astro Jumpers owner can see booking details. Other website visitors can only see which rentals are taken on which dates, never names or contact details.
We use a few service providers to run the website. They handle data only to provide their service to us:
- Supabase: stores bookings and rental photos.
- Brevo [PLACEHOLDER: confirm, or change to Resend]: sends booking emails.
- GitHub Pages: hosts the website.
We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect someone's safety.
Emails and texts
We only email or text you about bookings you request. If we text you and you'd rather we didn't, reply STOP or tell us, and we'll use email or phone instead.
Cookies and storage
The public website doesn't set any cookies. It doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies, so there's nothing to accept or decline. The owner's admin page keeps the owner signed in using the browser's local storage; this is only needed for signing in.
How we protect it
The website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Booking details are stored in a database with access rules that let only the owner's login read them. No system is perfect, but we work to keep your information safe and will tell you if a breach affects it, as the law requires.
How long we keep it

To see, correct, or delete the information we have about you, call or text (806) 382-2097 or email astrojumpersco@gmail.com. We'll confirm it's you by checking the phone number or email on the booking, then take care of it within 45 days (usually much sooner) and let you know when it's done.
Children
Our rentals are for kids, but this website is for parents and other adults. Bookings must be made by an adult (18+). We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
