Rental Terms & Terms of Service

These terms are between you and Astro Jumpers of Hereford, Texas 79045 ("we" or "us"). By requesting a booking or using this website, you agree to them. You must be 18 or older to book.

Part 1: Rental terms

1. Booking requests

Booking online sends us a request. Your booking is pending until we confirm it by phone, text, or email. A rental is reserved for you only once it's confirmed. Online bookings must be for tomorrow or later; for same-day rentals, please call.

2. Prices, fees, and deposit

• Rental prices on the website are per day.
• Delivery is free in Hereford. Delivery fees for other towns are listed in the Service Area section of our home page. [PLACEHOLDER: fill in the fee amounts]

3. Cancellations and changes

4. Weather

Inflatables can't be used in high winds (about 15–20 mph or more), rain, or lightning. If unsafe weather is expected, we'll work with you to reschedule or refund your deposit. If weather turns unsafe during your rental, everyone must exit the inflatable right away and it must be turned off.

5. Delivery area and setup

• We deliver to Hereford, TX and surrounding towns out to Amarillo, Olton, and Hart.
• You'll need a flat, clear area a little larger than the rental, free of rocks, sharp objects, sprinkler heads, and low branches or power lines.
• Grass setups are staked; concrete or driveway setups use sandbags. We can't set up on gravel or steep slopes.
• A standard outdoor outlet within about 50 feet, on its own circuit, is required (or ask about a generator).
• Please give us a clear path from the street to the setup spot. Our crew may decline a setup that isn't safe.

6. Safety rules

• A responsible adult (18+) must watch the inflatable at all times while it's in use.
• Follow the posted limits for number of riders and sizes. Keep similar-size kids together.
• No shoes, glasses, sharp objects, food, drinks, gum, silly string, face paint, or pets inside.
• No flips, wrestling, or climbing on the walls.
• Keep the blower running and its cord clear. Don't move the inflatable once it's set up.

7. Care and damage

[PLACEHOLDER] You're responsible for damage beyond normal wear, theft, or extra cleaning caused by misuse (for example, cuts, stains from food or paint, or damage from moving it). We'll inspect the rental at pickup and contact you about any issue.

8. Assumption of risk

[PLACEHOLDER] Bouncing involves some risk of injury. By booking, you agree to supervise riders and enforce these rules, and you accept responsibility for the use of the rental during your rental period. We may ask you to sign a rental agreement and waiver at delivery.

Refunds

• We cancel (for example, equipment trouble): full refund of anything you paid, or a new date if you prefer.
• Unsafe weather: reschedule or refund your deposit, as described in section 4.
• You cancel: as described in section 3.

Part 2: Using this website

9. Information you send us

Please give accurate information when you book. Don't submit bookings for someone else without their permission, and don't send fake or automated requests. We may decline or cancel requests that look fake, abusive, or unsafe.

10. Availability and prices on the site

We work to keep rentals, photos, prices, and availability accurate, but mistakes can happen. "Ready for Launch" means a rental isn't booked yet; it isn't reserved for you until we confirm. If a price is listed in error, we'll tell you before confirming your booking.

11. Our content

The Astro Jumpers name, logo, photos, and text on this website belong to Astro Jumpers or are used with permission. Please don't copy them for commercial use without asking.

12. Don't misuse the website

Don't try to break into, overload, or interfere with the website or its booking system, or access information that isn't yours.

13. Limits on liability

14. Texas law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Deaf Smith County, Texas, unless the law requires otherwise. We'd much rather sort things out with a phone call first.

15. Changes and privacy

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top. Bookings follow the terms in place when you made them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
